The fabric is rib-knit. Colors may vary owing to the lights used in the shoots. It does not hug your body exactly in the same size edge to edge but will be according to the size chart made. There may or may not be some loose fit too.
Note:Â If you want it to look bodycon - please provide your own customized sizes.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping all over Pakistan.
Domestic orders will be shipped in 7-14 business days. Logistics partner may take additional 2-4 business days to deliver depending on location.
Sales, public holidays, religious holidays and other government sactioned events may cause shipping delays.
Every order will be confirmed over a telephone call before dispatching.
International orders will be delivered in 10-15 business days.
International shipping charges vary based on location and will be displayed at time of order.
International orders may be subject to customs depending on the receiver’s country & regulations. To find out more information please check the tax laws of the country you are ordering from.
Return Policies
The Westral does not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do offer alterations.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an alteration.
To be eligible for an alteration, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that don't qualify for alteration: - Gift cards. - Products received via give aways, competitions, or other promotions. - Products shipped internationally. (Outside of Pakistan).
To process your alteration, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Alteration may be refused if (but not limited to): - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - After 7 days of delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges The westral does not offer refunds for any products. All sales are final.
Cancellations The Westral does not offer order cancellations after the first 24 hours of placing the order. All orders are made to order .
Alterations To get your product altered, you must get in touch with support first and then ship your product to: The Westral, 119/2 M Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore 54000, Pakistan
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
