Returns
The Westral does not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do offer alterations.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an alteration.
To be eligible for an alteration, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that don't qualify for alteration:
- Gift cards.
- Products received via give aways, competitions, or other promotions.
- Products shipped internationally. (Outside of Pakistan).
To process your alteration, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Alteration may be refused if (but not limited to):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- After 7 days of delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
The westral does not offer refunds for any products. All sales are final.
Cancellations
The Westral does not offer order cancellations after the first 24 hours of placing the order. All orders are made to order .
Alterations
To get your product altered, you must get in touch with support first and then ship your product to: The Westral, 119/2 M Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore 54000, Pakistan
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
